Exim365 International Trade Portal B2B MarketPlace as a reliable niche platform for buyers & suppliers to source products, to find the right suppliers and to enable businesses generate leads. Exim365 International Trade Portal B2B MarketPlace is multi-lingual and international oriented. Select your choice language by using the language switcher on top right of the page.

For us to effectively manage the voluminous daily information flow and for users to productively interact with the system, we recommend that users get themselves acquainted with basic rules and procedures.

Searching and Browsing

Searching and browsing through information on the system is free and open to the public. No restrictions or registration is required.

Buyers: If you are a buyer without registration you can contact sellers by telephones only - if it is indicated. To send inquiries or messages to the selected seller(s) by email or other electronic means, you must be registered on the system.

Sellers: Sellers too can search for and browse through the content available to the public. However, to post offers (trade leads) or/and list products/services for selling, you must first register in the system.

Registration

Whether you are a seller or buyer, to effectively interact with and access all the great features of the system, we recommend that you go through the registration process. It is simple and free to register. Each registered user is assigned a Member Area panel on the system, where you can manage your profile information, set preferences, upload product catalog, post trade leads, and also save and view result of your other activities on the system. Member Area also serves as your inbox for internal messages.

During registration, you are presented with 3 user options of using the system - Personal, Company and Buyer. The major differences are briefly described in the table below.

Trial Period (after Registration)

Company user-account: After registration, Company account is automatically assigned a trial (demo) period of 14 days. Your company is also assigned a dedicated web address on the system. During the period you will have full access to all the advanced features of the system. You can list your company full information with logo, upload your products/services with photographs, publish trade leads (buy or sell offers), corporate news and many more. This enables you to test the system to it's fullest. To continue using the system after the trial period, you must upgrade by choosing one of the paid membership subscription plans.

Personal user-account: No trial period is assigned. The major limitation to Personal user-account is that you can not list your information as a company nor use a company name as your signature. You can not include external website link in your posts, too. You are limited to only one contact phone number in your profile. You are also limited by the volume of trade leads you can post per day. Personal user-account has no time limitation. It's indefinite. Should the need arise, you can upgrade to paid account at any time, for example to Company user-account.

Buyer user-account: Buyer account is free and has no time limitation. It's indefinite. Buyer can be a private or corporate entity. You can list your information as a company. However, you can only post Buy offers (buying trade leads). You are not limited by the volume of trade leads you can post per day. In addition, a buyer can subscribe to receiving in his email box daily digest of posted selling offers on the system.
